I must say Joe Malinowski did a great job last Thursday demonstrating his expertise with social Media. Joe knows his stuff!
I can’t say that I learned anything, however.
Could it be that the meeting was dominated by Mr. Fire, Doug Zettles? I had a difficult time following Joe with Mr. Fire needing so much attention! Yes Mr. Fire is great, he thinks!
I am sure that Joe Malinowski felt uncomfortable with the constant interruptions from Mr. Fire, Doug Zettles. And, most importantly I feel Mr. Fire was out of line and disrespectful to Joe Malinowski who came to our meeting to share his knowledge with us, out of courtesy to us and with not asking for compensation for his time and expertise.
I have a hard time with people like Doug Zettles who see themselves as so important that they must dominate the meeting at everyone else’s expense and then APPOLOGIZE for the need to leave the meeting early. Really! What arrogance! DON”T COME BACK Mr. Fire, is what I have to say to him!
I thought the purpose of Joe Malinowski sharing his knowledge with us was for us to learn a thing or two about social media. I did not expect to receive the arrogance of Mr. Fire interfering with Joe’s message. Did I miss something here? (Satire.)
I would like to say that we need to agree and stop someone like Doug Zettles in their tracks when we see that that person wants to dominate our networking meeting.
Speaking for myself, I do not appreciate an individual who sees himself as more important than the rest of us.
What do you all think about this and my comment?
